CX Insurance Services, or CXIS, is an American based call center that assists insurance companies with their customer service needs.

CXIS isn’t meant to replace your team; they’re a helping hand. Whether it’s backfilling your call centers or helping on a special project, they’ve got you covered. This brand animation explains how CXIS can be a great asset to any insurance company’s team.

Process

The Challenge

CXIS recently underwent a full rebrand through Company Man Studios, and part of this rebrand included an animation explaining the benefits of their services. This video now lives on the CXIS website, and some shorter versions have been adapted for ad campaigns.

The Approach

Our overall goal was to highlight how CXIS can help to supplement your team, as well as how they can do so in a variety of ways. We made sure to differentiate the insurance company employees from CXIS employees by utilizing color, and we intermingled these two groups throughout a wide range of work environments.

The Outcome

The final cut of this animation is satisfying to see. We established a clean style from the beginning, and we were able to create a sense of depth and interest through smooth camera transitions and constant secondary motion throughout the video.
